Cadaver Specialist

The staff at R.E.D. are trained in the best practices of handling human cadaver tissue during laboratory events. They have extensive experience in supporting many of the American College of Surgeons course offerings as surgical techs and have been trained in all perfusion based technologies offered by R.E.D..

Staff are also available for most prosection requests by medical device companies exploring nascent technologies. In addition, they are trained in preparing human cadavers for guided dissection by faculty instructors. What this means is that R.E.D. will work with your team to decide how best to prepare the tissue to make an efficient course. From cleaning and placement of airways, to thoracic, abdominal, vascular, and spinal exposures our team can take the worry away from the tedious preparations and let the faculty and learners tackle course goals and objectives.
